By holding each home in an entity, like a Series LLC, we are able to fractionalize the home between many different investors. Additionally, having a Series LLC entity for each property allows investors to choose which properties they want to invest in and build their own portfolio of vacation rental homes completely passively. Lastly, an LLC protects shareholders and their personal assets in the rare case that a tenant would seek to sue the company.
