In order for a Here property to be considered 'active' during a payout period, the property must have finished onboarding and been live on booking platforms and available for guest stays for the entire duration of the reporting period.
For example, a property that is live on booking platforms for all of Q4 2022 (October-December, [the 'reporting period']) will be considered 'active' when investors receive their Q4 payouts (February 2023, [the 'payout period']).
During a property's payout period, all active properties will report on financial metrics, such as an investor's rental income return, appreciation return, and total return, as well as guest stay metrics, such as guest rating, average daily rate, and occupancy rate.
